1 Introduction

6sxi is an online betting and casino platform operated as an offshore entertainment service. The platform provides access to sports betting markets — with a particular focus on cricket, including the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), IPL, T20 World Cup, and all ICC-sanctioned international fixtures involving the Bangladesh Tigers — as well as live casino games, slot machines, fish shooting games, and crash games.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

This age restriction is non-negotiable and applies universally, without exception. By registering an account, you unconditionally warrant that you are at least 21 years old at the time of registration.

2.2 Verification. 6sxi reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during the lifecycle of your account. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Proof of address and proof of payment method ownership may also be requested. Failure to provide requested documents within the timeframe specified by 6sxi may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending satisfactory verification.

2.3 One Account Rule. Each individual person may hold only one active account on the 6sxi platform. You may not register on behalf of another person, use another person's identity, or create accounts using fictitious personal details. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 6sxi will close all duplicate accounts and may permanently ban the individual from the platform.

2.4 Geographic Responsibility. 6sxi operates as an offshore platform. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the 6sxi platform is lawful in the jurisdiction in which you are located. 6sxi makes no representation that its services are legally available in any specific territory. By registering, you confirm that you have satisfied yourself that your use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

2.5 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your account and must keep this information updated. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination.

3 Account Security

3.1 Credential Confidentiality. Your username and password are personal to you and must not be shared with, disclosed to, or used by any other person. You are solely and fully responsible for all activity that occurs on your account, whether or not you authorised it, in circumstances where such activity results from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

3.2 Two-Step Verification. 6sxi provides optional two-step verification (2SV) for all accounts. You are strongly encouraged to enable this feature. In the event that your account is compromised and you had not activated available security features, 6sxi's liability to you in respect of resulting losses will be reduced accordingly.

3.3 Reporting Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 6sxi customer support immediately at [email protected]. 6sxi will investigate the matter and may temporarily suspend your account during the investigation to prevent further unauthorised activity.

3.4 Device and Session Security. You must ensure that you log out of your 6sxi account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device. 6sxi is not responsible for losses arising from your failure to end sessions properly on shared devices.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 6sxi accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 6sxi does not charge a transaction fee on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own fees, for which 6sxi bears no responsibility.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account and may be subject to a return processing delay. 4.5 Forfeiture of Inactive Balances. Accounts that have been inactive (no login, no deposit, no wagering activity) for a continuous period of 12 months may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee. 6sxi will notify the account holder by email prior to applying any such fee. Accounts that remain inactive for 24 consecutive months may have their remaining balance forfeited. All such actions will be carried out in accordance with applicable notifications to the registered contact details on file.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by 6sxi are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) will be stated in the individual promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the validity period of the bonus; any bonus and associated winnings that remain unconverted at expiry will be removed from your account.

5.3 Eligible Games. Not all games contribute equally towards the fulfilment of wagering requirements. 6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Finality of Results. All game outcomes — including casino game results, sports betting settlements, crash game results, and fish shooting game scores — are final once confirmed by the platform. 6sxi does not reverse results on the basis of a player's dissatisfaction with an outcome that has been determined in accordance with the applicable game rules.

13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
